Introduction to Art and Wellbeing - “Draw What I Feel rather than Think”

In this session, participants will be encouraged to express their emotions through art, focusing on feeling rather than thinking. By using pastel medium, exploring colours, shapes, and textures, learners will explore how to visually represent their emotions and inner experiences. This exercise aims to help participants connect with their feelings on a deeper level and articulate emotions that may be difficult to express verbally. This theme promotes emotional awareness and self-expression, fostering a safe space for personal exploration.

There will also be free refreshments available.
