We want want a society where everyone has choice and control. But, unaffordable social care costs result in some Deaf and Disabled people being unable to live independent lives due to reduced care or being pushed into poverty due to the rising costs of disability. We would like local partners to work with local Disabled people to develop ways that that we can dramatically reduce or remove social care charging together. This would help to create a borough that is more inclusive for all.
